Last August I went on an absolutely beautiful vacation in St. Lucia.
St. Lucia is an island in the West Indies, which us approximately 238 square miles long.
When I was there I went to an amazing snorkeling spot. They had many different kinds of corals,
and lots of fish. The problem was that I was very scared of sharks. Tiger sharks, which are known to
be not that far off of the shoreline, can be very dangerous. Luckily, I went through the vacation
without a shark in sight.

So I was been skiing at Stowe for the past week or so, and as I was driving up,
I saw a sign that said "Bears Crossing." I have always been afraid of bears, until that I realized
that bears don't stay around where there is a lot of people. A lot of people are are scared of bears,
but let me get this straight: Bears don't attack people unless they get aggravated (with the exception of grizzly bears,) and they don't usually attack people. The last time someone got attacked by a bear on the Appalachian
Trail was in the 18th century. The people who are afraid of bears don't understand that bears hardly attack anyone. If you are camping out in the wild, with food a bear can smell, and you give it to him/her then you will be fine. But if you don't give the bear the food, then it may attack you. One swipe of claws on the neck could
easily kill you.

The NY Reptile Show is coming up in a few months!
I know it's a long time away, but the date is April 17. I might get a new tortoise,
or gecko, but most likely I won't get anything at all. Most of the time I just
look around at the reptiles. Brian Barczyk, (the owner of BHB and SnakeBytesTV) will be there
with his massive Ball Python collection! Here is his youtube channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/SnakeBytesTV Anyways, I can't wait to go there. It seems like it will be a blast. What do you think about reptiles?
I've recently been interested in icanhascheezburger, and looking at their comical pictures.
For those of you who have never heard of icanhascheezburger, it's a website where people
post pictures of cats with captions on them. They have some very funny pictures, with captions that are intentionally spelled wrong. Here are some of there pictures:
I made the caption for the easter one myself. You can check out their website here: http://www.icanhascheezburger.com You can add your own captions to their pictures, just
like I did.
Spookycyclops is up and running! Here I will update on things about pets and animals. Animals are my passion, and they are fun too! What do YOU think about animals?
